The limitations we interpret is a construct perceived from various reactions towards facing the unknown. Moments of challenging trials instigate a sense of uncertainty that automatically triggers subconscious mechanisms embedded within our neurological infrastructure. We carry a version of mental firmware that’s been in development for quite some time. Earlier versions of our state of consciousness required highly receptive and intuitive senses to survive in dangerous circumstances. As time progresses through the stages of evolutionary growth, we still carry attributes of our predecessors. The threats from our ancestors to our present moment has changed. The toolset we encompass is vital to our survival, but it needs to be conditioned to face the adversities that inhibit our modern society. The challenges of past generations can serve a purpose in our journey, but we must recognize the landscape we exist in has changed, and with that so does our perception towards the unknown.
My experiences from dealing with different moments of hardship were troublesome to overcome but beneficial for my overall state of self. Throughout each instance where my familiarity to understand problems became unclear presented an opportunity to challenge myself and potentially gain knowledge to help my course towards my journey. Failure presented itself at any given a chance it could and succeeded in manifesting my headspace numerous times. As I continued to accumulate scars from the negative results I’ve gained, the practice of being mindful of the consequential event I’ve experienced served positive feedback to my overall state of consciousness. The more I reinforced the notion of implementing purpose even towards the less than ideal situations I’ve endured; the more my perception towards taking chances became less of an intimidating task and presented itself as a favorable opportunity for personal growth.
